KEEPING CUSTOMERS UP TO DATE WITH THE REGULATORY SYSTEM

We ensure our customers are always up to date with the regulations issued by the Regulatory Authority for Electricity and Gas (AEEG), which regulates and oversees the electricity and gas markets and sets the economic supply parameters (rates), quality standards and technical and commercial terms for the supply of services.  As part of this process EstEnergy has uploaded to the Regulations section of this website the major updates to help customers stay up to date with developments in the industry, understand how certain changes come about and better understand our products.
