In accordance with Decision no. 294/06 “Provisions of the Regulatory Authority for Electricity and Gas with regard to Standards of Communication”, as amended, from 1 July 2007 natural gas distributors, end-customers of gas distributors and natural gas retailers (who are not end customers) must use the Certified Electronic Mail to submit information about the following: • under Decision no. 168/04 , commercial quality services requested by end customers connected to a gas mains, including end-customers supplied at medium or high pressure; • under Decision no. 138/04, replacement of gas retailers; |
